The Mekong Club is a catalyst for change, engaging, inspiring and supporting the private sector to eradicate slavery in Asia. Given that the majority of modern-day slavery exists in the private sector, these companies are ideally placed to help turn the tide of this global epidemic.
The only organisation of its kind, The Mekong Club steers away from the approach taken by other players in this space, which is to “name and shame” companies and ousting bad behaviour or issues related to this subject. Instead, we believe in starting and ending with collaboration.
The Mekong Club is looking for a self-motivated, creative person to help promote our organisation, products and services through design and creative projects. This person will provide creative support for our internal projects and also oversee contractors hired to offer supplemental support.
This person will be also required to provide support through office manager responsibilities, including scheduling meetings and appointments, and providing general administrative support to our office. His/her role will be to ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication while maintaining a pleasant work environment.
