The Modern Slavery Baseline Assessment (MSBA) is a practical human rights due diligence (HRDD) maturity assessment that helps organisations understand the strength of their current approach to identifying and addressing modern slavery risks.

Developed by The Mekong Club with a team of international experts, the MSBA evaluates your internal policies, processes and capabilities against internationally recognised frameworks, including the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).

Available to members and non-members, the MSBA provides a clear baseline and practical recommendations to help you turn commitments into measurable progress.
