What are recruitment fees?

Recruitment fees, in the context of labour rights and social responsibility, refer to fees that are charged to workers during the recruitment process to obtain employment opportunities. These fees can often lead to debt bondage and forced labour, particularly in the case of migrant workers seeking jobs abroad.
