MOSAIC Responsible Sourcing Resource
Welcome to the MOSAIC Responsible Sourcing Resource, an exclusive benefit for Mekong Club members granting complimentary access to the MOSAIC RSR platform.
To get started, we recommend watching the members-only information session with MOSAIC RSR. This session provides valuable insights into how the platform can assist your teams.
Platform Overview:
Mosaic’s Responsible Supplier Resource (RSR) is a pioneering Global Help Desk for Social and Environmental Compliance and Supply Chain Due Diligence, established by MOSAIC in collaboration with VECTRA International. This help desk aims to offer businesses, both brands and suppliers, convenient access to a team of seasoned professionals. These experts specialize in navigating supply chain due diligence’s intricate and ever-evolving landscape.
Focusing on corporate due diligence, responsible sourcing, and in-country supplier-level labour compliance (e.g., child labour, forced labour, occupational safety and health, harassment, compensation, working hours, discrimination, grievance systems, etc.), as well as environmental aspects, our experts guide businesses to ensure their supply chains operate ethically and responsibly. The help desk and knowledge base encompass geographical areas such as China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Mexico, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Brazil, the USA, Canada, the UK, and the EU. Furthermore, our experts cover international inquiries about mandatory Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence programs.

Child Labour Resources
“The term ‘child labour’ is often defined as work that deprives children of their childhood, their potential and their dignity, and that is harmful to physical and mental development. It refers to work that:
– is mentally, physically, socially or morally dangerous and harmful to children; and
– interferes with their schooling by:
– depriving them of the opportunity to attend school;
– obliging them to leave school prematurely; or
– requiring them to attempt to combine school attendance with excessively long and heavy work.”
